Motivation!!

U have to believe in it more than anything 
+ i will do my best to make it happen,
insyallah,
don't be demotivated as u have already lost quite a bit,
give urself time as ur body is still adjusting to d training,
stick to the basics, exercise regularly,
don't skip meals + break it to smaller portions,
drink a lot of fluids....
